Terms & conditions

  • Handmade & Made-to-Order
    All products in the shop are handmade and created to order. Each piece is unique. Availability depends on materials.

  • Prices & Payment
    Prices are in CHF and include VAT if applicable. Accepted payment methods: credit card, PayPal, Twint.

  • Order & Production
    Products are made after the order is placed. Production and delivery typically take 2–4 weeks.

  • Shipping & Delivery
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Products are shipped within Switzerland and optionally abroad.

  • Returns & Exchanges
    Products can be returned at the customer’s expense. The item must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks of receiving the returned product. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition.
