"Ruffles"
Ruffles in silk and cotton, applied to blouses, tops, and pyjamas.
A project that evolved through a series of smaller explorations, all centered on how fabric creates volume and shape when arranged in ruffles. One of the simplest ways to play with possibilities of transforming a once flat, two-dimensional fabric into form and volume.
